| We are seeking qualified candidates to fill Analyst positions for all of our practice groups. While we provide comprehensive training as to our search methodologies, we require that candidates have prior searching, data mining, or IPR experience. Analysts are responsible for the following: |

Reviewing invention disclosures, planning search strategies, and carrying out prior art, invalidity, and freedom to operate searches |

Conducting patent landscape studies using proprietary mining and analytical software |
|
Conducting various patent and IP related research for venture capital and private equity clients |
| Candidate must have the following: |
|
Excellent written and oral communication skills |
|
Proficient with various patent and research databases |
|
Able to concisely summarize complex data and results |
|
Advanced degree in hard sciences (at least a Masters degree, or a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years industry experience) |
|
Former USPTO Examiners and registered Patent Agents a plus |
